Restrictions for people in wheelchairs due to maintenance work

Dear passengers,

From Saturday, September 6, 2025, until Monday, September 8, 2025, the Drachenfelsbahn will be operating on a different track due to necessary maintenance work in the area of the valley station. Unfortunately, this means that the existing ramps cannot be used as boarding aids for wheelchairs. Passengers will only be able to board the railcars independently using the steps.

If you are unable to use the steps independently, we kindly ask you to postpone your visit to Drachenfels until after September 8, 2025.
