Ticket sales and issuance for special events / special rides begins two (2) hours prior to the start of the event.

People with disabilities
Adults with disabilities receive a reduction on presentation of their disabled pass and travel at the children's fare (ascent and descent 7,00 euros; ascent or descent 6,00 euros). If the ID card contains the symbol "B", the accompanying person also receives this reduction.
Children with disabilities travel free of charge upon presentation of the disabled person's ID. The accompanying person travels at the children's fare.
Certain requirements apply to the transport of wheelchairs (e.g., dimensions, weight, and no battery operation). For details, see Accessibility.

Stroller
Strollers are transported free of charge provided they meet the specified dimensions and weight limits (see infographic). Vehicles not intended or used for transporting passengers are excluded. Price: 0,00 Euro
Dogs
Dogs are welcome and can accompany you on the Drachenfelsbahn. Price: 2,00 Euro (Transport in strollers or dog carts is not possible)

To purchase you need: a valid email address, a valid Master or Visa card, a printer to print the ticket or a smartphone for mobile tickets.
Cancellation of a special trip
1. you can declare the withdrawal from a special trip at any time. Any right of withdrawal remains unaffected. The declaration of withdrawal must be made in writing.
2. in case of withdrawal, cancellation fees will be charged:
2.1 If the cancellation is made up to one week before the start of the trip, no cancellation fees will be charged.
2.2 If the cancellation takes place later, 70% of the total price is to be paid.
